I think this is so outdated, any man with good EQ will always ask about family life. You bring your whole self to work. You are forever adjusted after kids, it helps you relate to most people even more, brings more empathy

#kindness @rickygervais My 👨 spent 7 hours on a cold Jan rescuing his Old mare from a bog she managed to get into. She was near dead when they found her. 5 men, a jcb, ropes, pulleys, cold wind and rain. I’ll never forget him sitting in the bath in 😭 after it. #loveanimals
