@omwambaKE @KenyaPower_Care been complaining about our faulty meter for the past two months lights going off like 3 times a week minimum. Every time I'm told sorry for the inconveniences we'll look into the issue,two days later lights are off again.

@KenyaPower_Care Fyi this issue is yet to be resolved. Was told the transformer is overloaded but nothing is done since the early this year. Just an example they were off Friday night till Saturday 11am, Saturday night till today at 10am and now again today they are off.
