Following the end of the season with @WIP_EsportsTeam in @valleague_fr and Challenger EMEA 2, I'm looking for my next challenge with an ambitious Valorant organization preparing for the 2027 competitive ecosystem.

What I bring to the table:

• Proven experience building high-performing team environments.

• Talent scouting & data-driven roster building.

• End-to-end team operations — logistics, scheduling, player support, staff coordination, and competitive planning.

• Experience across multiple European organizations (@beGeniusESC, @onlyTopplayers, @KlanikEsport, @CicadasGaming, @WIP_EsportsTeam + more), providing a strong understanding of the European competitive ecosystem.

As the Valorant ecosystem evolves toward 2027, I'm looking to join an organization that wants to build a sustainable, high-performance project from the ground up.

Ready to contribute both on and off the server.
