The body of Alejandro Arcos, the 43-year-old mayor of Chilpancingo, was discovered Sunday night inside his pickup truck, with his head resting on the roof of the vehicle.

On the day he was murdered, Arcos had been touring neighborhoods in Chilpancingo that were affected by Hurricane John.

A village on Donbas was shelled by Russia and a puppy was under the debris. Rescuers were able to save him and give him back to the owner (who himself narrowly escaped death from shelling). Rescue services work 24/7 doing the hardest work and saving lives.
