As someone with a scoliosis, please take care of your back. At some point, back pain can be very disabling, especially when it's chronic. I can't barely do my chores without being in pain.

A tip that addresses one of the most common issues I have seen with my students:

Make sure you sit facing straight towards the CENTER of canvas or drawing surface. You also need to be far enough from the drawing.

It is not even about posture (also important), but view angle
