@DurafitF95973 : Not happy with durafit service. Ordered trademill key on 2nd Dec and not yet shipped. Without checking inventory customer is being asked to pay and after payment they are not providing actual date and keeping in waiting mode.

They are asking different prices for the same product in different calls.
They first quoted 4500 then 4900 and then 5200 and at last they finalized for 5500. I agreed to pay 5500 but they asked to contact one of the guy from durafit for payment confirmation.2/n

Customer support behaves like a local shop.I contacted customer support for technical issues in my treadmill.Issue was detected in MCB and I'm following up with these guys since last 60 days and still not resolved.1/n

That guy didn't pick the call and after 1 week now they are asking 6800.
You can now think of the behaviour of customer support and Product.
