#UDRP #xano.ai denied. The Complainant, Xano, Inc., holds the #XANO mark registered before #USPTO, assigned to it from BB Games, Inc., and operates an AI backend development platform. The Respondent, a domain investor operating as "LamaDomains," registered the Domain Name in August 2024 as part of a documented portfolio of short, brandable .ai names, including the related #xeno.ai.

The Panel found the Respondent had rights and legitimate interests as a domain investor speculating in short strings unconnected to any particular trademark owner, noting that "xano" is also an ordinary word in Greek and Catalan and a Portuguese given name. The Panel declined to find Reverse Domain Name Hijacking, holding the Complainant had a reasonable, good-faith basis to file given the sales page's AI-related description. https://t.co/uBtV303gWL

Here are 10 observations that stood out:

.ai registrations grew 123% compared to the same period in 2025.

.ai has a 0.5% share of all domain registrations on Spaceship, with registration volume closest to .io.

Looking at SellerHub trends, .ai ranks #2 among all completed sales.

Comparing SellerHub listings and completed sales, the sell-through rate for .ai domains is around 8x higher than for .com domains.

The highest completed .ai sale on SellerHub was $368,422.

Here’s how sellers are pricing their .ai domains:

Under $1,000: 3.2%
$1,000 to $4,999: 22%
$5,000 to $24,999: 33.6%
$25,000 to $49,999: 15%
$50,000+: 26.2%

And here’s how completed .ai sales break down by price:

Under $1,000: 33.6%
$1,000 to $4,999: 31.1%
$5,000 to $24,999: 14.9%
$25,000 to $49,999: 5.2%
$50,000+: 15.2%

When it comes to pricing options, the most common choices are:

Make an Offer: 31.6%
Buy It Now + Make an Offer + LTO: 23.8%

But when it comes to completed sales, Buy It Now leads with 91% of .ai purchases.
