I purchased a gift card from @erabydjzintle which was meant to be a gift in January. The gift card arrived on the 8th of January 2024 and to date the gift card does not work.

I would be more understanding if they atleast had the decency to call and update me on what is going on but I, the customer, have to constantly call and follow up. It is appalling that I have to resort to social media just to get good customer service. Please assist @djzintle
