Committed to @RMU_Football! Thank you all, friends, family, teammates, coaches! All of you. Thanks for putting me where I am today.

Got some good rope pulls in last night. 325 for 100 feet. Still on the market for now, but I'm getting a lot closer to deciding where I want to go.

[Luke Lambarth @LambarthLuke]

Had a good session with squats here. 515 x 5.

[Luke Lambarth @LambarthLuke]

435 x 5 on deadlift today. Keeping up in the weight room

Officially have offer #1! My thanks to Eastern Oregon University!
I want to thank my coaches and teammates who got me here, especially my O line coach, Mike Martinez. He's one of the best men I've met in my entire life, and has taught me veritably everything I know about O line.

425 x 7. That's a lot more than I started with this year. Obviously there's still room for improvement, but I'm feeling good about that right now.

[Luke Lambarth @LambarthLuke]

315 x 7 yesterday. Not my best but I'm getting there. All-time best I've done is 385 x 4, just managed to achieve that this season.

@UHALLTHEBALL Hey coach. Luke Lambarth here, I'm a 6'4" 340 pound guard out of Lancaster CA and interested in coming to that next game. Take a look at my film, I think it speaks for itself.

I have officially made it through the season with NO PENALTIES WHATSOEVER, including holding or pre snap penalties. If this is the kind of discipline you're looking for, hit me up!

For anyone who's interested, I have my highlights video of only pancakes on YouTube now.

I have officially ended this season. AVC had to end it early due to injuries and safety concerns for other players. While I am not happy to be missing the last two games, this is an opportunity for all you coaches out there to start talking to me early.

YouTube Channel is now live! Has my mid-season highlights and my ONLY PANCAKES video!

Got some one-on-ones in today. Feeling good about this season

Heavy farmer carries yesterday. Good to get them back in, it's been a while

Upon request, I figured I'd introduce my musical side. Bought this baritone horn last December. Took me a minute to knock the rust off but it's feeling pretty smooth again. Tank (that would be the big white dog below) certainly loves it.

Friday night harness pulls/sled sprints. Work doesn't end when the season does. @cocfb

True freshman year Juco highlights are out. Felt good about the season, I'm in far better shape and am a far better player than I started as this year.
