1. Got YELLED at for using the tape gun because it’s “$200 a roll”.
2. The driver got YELLED at when he dared to ask a question to which he received a response “I don’t know and I don’t care!!! We close in 15 minutes” 1/3

3. A kind gentleman, a regular at the store, tried to help by grabbing the tape to help us out with the package for which he had was thrown out of the store. Rather, he was told to leave. Loudly. In front of the crowd of customers. #DoBetter #UPS #CustomerService

A little background: the package was humanitarian aid going to #Ukraine, which we shared with the employees. Was it their responsibility to supply tape? No. Could they have cut the attitude a little and not cause additional stress to all of the customers and an innocent driver?
