@manifestdreamin @LabPadre The moon variant will have a ring of engines very high up on the ship that fire out at an angle. Low gravity so you don't need as much thrust. No idea on a solution for Mars.

@byDavidGardner A solid 9 or so. We all pay for our own slack instance we can chat on all the time.

@DolanRyanne Briefly, it was workable but still not quite enough FOV or resolution to be a really big leap imho. I also tried using it as a 2nd monitor and again while workable it was a bit awkward to switch my focus between the 2. In a pinch though it works and is very small to carry along.

[Lambenttelos @Lambenttelos]

@DolanRyanne It has some AR abilities but I usually use it just as a HUD with laptop or steam deck.

@DolanRyanne Closest I have found is the nreal air. It's decent but not perfect. https://t.co/Iy82GOA8T9

@hankgreen Thankfully today it is much safer.

@WitchedWicca @nexta_tv @elonmusk @RenataKonkoly Zelensky did have an army trained with help from the West and that is why Russia's 3 day operation failed. Compare Ukrainian forces in 2014 to this year. Russia was told no repeatedly and warned about the aid Ukraine would get and the sanctions they would face but chose this.

[Lambenttelos @Lambenttelos]

@hankgreen I think this loops back to the whole concept of parody though right? These are the same arguments many had about Weird Al in the past. Profiting off of others works, brand confusion, etc. This case does seem to be solid parody, the issue will be if we get just impersonation

beyond meat implies the existence of bed meat and bath meat

@viva_libertad34 @TheDemocrats It's a free market. The biggest cause for price increases is that Europe is willing/forced to pay 4x more than us so the producers are all sending as much as they can. We need renewables for true domestic energy independence so we don't get screwed.

[Lambenttelos @Lambenttelos]

@LibertarianLBS @TheDemocrats Fuel is a much larger expense and the idea is to reduce demand to lower prices. We have already seen how fuel prices going down while other things have not much has affected overall inflation numbers. It's not a short term solution though

[Lambenttelos @Lambenttelos]

@greggwbarnes @B81301444 @pdabrosca @TheDemocrats You actually stumbled on a major way a government could help inflation. Remove money from the system in order to slow things down. We should be passing tax hikes on the top earners (who won't struggle to pay for necessities like everyone else is.)

[Lambenttelos @Lambenttelos]

@Ralph_Hapschatt @SciGuySpace @SophiaCannon We don't have the technical manufacturing knowledge to make the same parts the same way anymore. Lots of skilled people improvised and the gov did not retain their notes.

[Lambenttelos @Lambenttelos]

@Randhir1147 @ByronYork Keep up, they didn't search before. Trump allowed them to come and take boxes he was giving them. Storage room was to be preserved as a possible crime scene. He thought the voluntary action would placate the feds and get him out of trouble but it just raised more questions.

[Lambenttelos @Lambenttelos]

@iacta_alea_esto @ByronYork No they laid them out and took a pic to document what they were taking like they should. Taking a picture of a stack of paper is not very informative. Also, it was not leaked it was included in a court filing to clearly demonstrate that what they said they found was there

[Lambenttelos @Lambenttelos]

@codinghorror Think it made sense to get something out that could handle a wider array of games to try and get more leverage over more developers/publishers to get Linux support. I also don't know if they could go too much cheaper even with several hardware cuts, hardware is likely subsidized
