@TristianHill That means the businesses I ordered from are out of pocket from a stock perspective, and from a refund perspective. And as I marketer I know they are spending 1000s of £ to get me as a customer and so it becomes a waste three times over.

@TristianHill I ordered something not knowing Evri was their courier. Knew I wasn’t getting my delivery. Third time now they send a delivery time, don’t arrive and then I get an email saying I wasn’t home and it’s being sent back to the sender? None of my returns have arrived back after WEEKS.

@faris … with him isn’t just a normie life. We’ve bought a house though and that has helped me feel a bit more “on track” which has in turn forced me to stay in a stable, normal job. Which has its ups + downs. I’ve sacrificed some quirks to be here but it’s worth it. Feel more grounded

So disappointed in @Converse and @Mango using Evri for courier. Two packages ordered over 10 days ago, have received nothing but “rescheduled” despite someone being at home. If I’d known you use them, I wouldn’t have ordered from you in the first place @EVRi_Delivery

@jappleby Read loads! Get the books, find the great newsletters. Keep it simple! Stick to the basics, don’t get caught up in the latest buzzwords or technology. Do it all! Get stuck in, get lots of broad exposure to all the different specialisms, learn how to manage projects.
