Yes: Donald is presumed innocent until proven guilty. BUT, if you KNEW you were innocent, you’d ask for a speedy trial in the documents case because an acquittal PRIOR to the election would be an INCREDIBLE campaign boost. You wouldn’t ask to postpone until AFTER the election.
