We are all more tired because our bodies have been in stress response. The body keeps the score. And even when we remove the stressor, our body doesn’t know that. It carries all the emotion it’s hung onto to get you to this day. So just notice and simply acknowledge it first.

- original text in black
- anything I summarize is in blue
- added a recording of the original text
- added diagram
- broke up the article into separate paragraphs
- each paragraph is a slide like this one
