Reminds me of how learning about testosterone levels during menstruation helped me with my dysphoria when I was younger too. Made me go “damn I’m not pregnant AND my t levels are higher, fuck yeah.” The pain and blood then were just accessories to my cool tough guy ideal

This probably sounds stupid but the thing that mainly gets me is how fluid it all is? In the end its the same stuff, just influenced differently by hormones. Kinda gave me a bit of confidence and clarity against my dysphoria too

Researching genitalia in general is interesting because even if I knew about homologous parts between sexes I never like really understood it? It took me remembering tdicks to realize the clit and penis are growths from the same embryonic structure? Cool stuff that biology stuff
