@dceldridge83 @StealthQE4 I pay $4k for my 2500sf $500k house down here in FL. So yes insurance some areas is more expensive but it just depends on location. I’ve been hit by several hurricanes. I have friends living near the water in houses that were built in the 1960/70s, and never needed to be rebuilt.
