Please join us in celebrating several very talented

“Sitara discovered a robin’s nest next to her house and this week she noticed that the eggs hatched and she was able to spot the baby birds being fed.” #LanorAtHome
Chloë used a toothpick to pierce the skin of a banana: one of the enzymes in the banana skin reacts with oxygen to produce an immediate brown colour. Here is the result! #LanorAtHome
Waniya found a caterpillar while spring cleaning. Now she's taking good care of it, feeding it lots of leaves every day, observing it, and writing about her experience. Let’s see if she gets a butterfly or a moth! #LanorAtHome
The Lanor staff members want you to know that we miss our students and families, and that we're thinking of you in these challenging times. Stay safe and healthy, everyone.
A huge thank-you goes out to all of our amazing Morning Munch volunteers, as we wish the whole Lanor community a fun, restful, safe, and wonderful two-week holiday!
STEAMwork is teamwork at Lanor! Amazing planning, communication, patience, and idea-sharing as our 5/6 students build a cup structure... no hands touching!
PSA for all soon-to-be kindergarten parents...
Practice eating “school lunch” with your kiddo. Make sure they can open everything you send with them. Set a timer for 15 minutes and talk about how they may not finish eating and that’s ok. Their teacher will ❤️ you for it!
