Here’s all the gear I used for 'On The Grid'. Every sound was meticulously crafted on these bits of gear.
Constructing the EP was a real journey, trying to find new sounds and timbres I hadn’t heard before.

I was obsessed with finger drumming on an old M audio trigger finger back when I made this so it was just played in with some added off beat wonk. Off top I think it was all 4/4. The snare hits on some syncopated beats, as does the kick so really it’s just down to syncopation.

Totally agree about the 2FA for uploads or at least some sort of authentication process. It shouldnt be up to the artist to "resolve your concerns directly with the parties responsible for the reported content" - @spotify
Every week I see someone going through this, last week it was my own profile.
If anyone reading this has ANY voice at this company at all, please pass the message forward.
2FA for uploads is IMPERATIVE.
PLEASE assign Profile-specific upload keys. @SpotifyCares
Cheers @spotify for absolutely nothing… Someone using my now fully TRADEMARKED artist name “Lapalux” is allowed to publish music on Spotify. Does that mean I can publish music as “Madonna” or “Elvis” then?? Nice one 👍
Yeah nice one 👍 @Spotify ..... cool how you let someone post music as "Lapalux" and refuse to do anything about it. Just spent £170 on trademarking my artist name for nothing 👍
