Losing faith in @AirCanada. Weekend wedding Vancouver-Montreal flight changed 4 times. First changed return flight from evening to early morning so I miss entire family day. Then delayed early morning departure flight so I miss evening family gathering. #disappointed

What's happening w/ customer service today? I spent 3 hours on phone with @amazon@AmazonHelp yesterday, 1.5 hours on hold with @Wayfair Monday and going on 2 hours holding for @CityofVancouver after being offered a 20-minute wait call-back. The blatant disregard is mind boggling
@CityofVancouver why did you offer a callback, call me back and put me on hold for an hour? Still holding. Called you at 2 pm. It's not 3:45. Guessing you'll close for the weekend shortly and hang up on me?
@amazon@AmazonHelp I've been transferred to a fifth associate on chat. Each one needs 5-10 minutes to review the chat and to ask for details all over again. Is this a tactic to get a customer to simply give up?
@AmazonHelp Your tweet said the Operations team would look into my complaint. When I clicked the link you included, it said I would get a phone call. I got an email from a social media team member who spoke to the item I've been struggling with but ignored the customer service debacle

@AmazonHelp Been trying to resolve an issue dragging on 2.5 years. Each agent says I'm right and that they'll help me but nothing ever happens. Today, a senior agent put me on hold "for just a minute." I'm still holding after 1 hour. What's going on Amazon?
