Trasladamos nuestras condolencias a familiares, amigos y compañeros. D.E.P.

Argentine newspaper LA NACION gives ROSALÍA’s show at Movistar Arena Argentina a perfect 5/5 rating and writes in its review:
“Dancer, nun, sinner, eloquent speaker, melancholic, singer and cantaora, sad, happy, pop star, queen of tigueraje and, above all, a sensitive soul with an instinct unlike anyone else’s for capturing the spirit of the times. ROSALÍA is all of that and so much more.
We met the ROSALÍA of El Mal Querer, the artist who reinvented flamenco tradition; we met the ROSALÍA of Motomami, the one who became a global pop star before our eyes. And now we’ve met the ROSALÍA of Lux, who embraces religious iconography to build a cathedral, a monumental world entirely her own. At times she appears small, at others larger than life, elevated above all by the sheer power of her voice, a voice of ice and fire.
The night’s protagonist emerges from a wooden crate labeled “Fragile.” She opens with “Sexo, Violencia y Llantas” and moves straight into “Reliquia” as the stage is built in real time behind her. The audience wants to scream, but what prevails is pure amazement.
Accompanied by the Heritage Orchestra, ROSALÍA carries out the vision of Lux. But first comes the moment everyone had been waiting for: ROSALÍA speaks. She apologizes, recalls her first visit to Argentina in 2019, and says that her love for the country remains unchanged. The standing ovation from the 15,000 people filling Movistar Arena interrupts her speech several times.
Baroque, lavish and overflowing, ROSALÍA’s concert, a concert, not merely a show, contains so much that there is no need to grasp every detail. There is no manual for this kind of artistic experience, but if there were, its first instruction would be: “Let yourself go.”
The entire performance is a reel in constant transformation: moments born inside Movistar Arena that find their perfect home on social media. The confessional with Ángela Torres, the performance of “La Perla,” her closeness with fans, “Sauvignon Blanc,” “Dios es un Stalker,” “CUUUUuuuuuute,” “Bizcochito,” and “Despechá” all sustain the level of a spectacle that never stops reinventing itself.
If Lux was difficult to fully absorb on its first listens, the live show makes it clear that it was created for moments like these. ROSALÍA closes with “Magnolias.” She could not have chosen a better song for the epilogue. “Today I turn into dust so I can return to the stars.” Amen.”
El feminismo existe porque los derechos de los hombres son universales, mientras los de las mujeres dependen de la religión, la geografía y las legislaturas que existan en donde viven.
