@Saygus @Chaddsayers27 we have had ONE update in OVER A MONTH!!! You OWE us, now step up!

[thomas terry @LArchaddict]

@saygus Mindy told me on the phone today that there is supposed to be a twitter update today so...where is it? nearly 3 weeks guys, deliver.

[thomas terry @LArchaddict]

@saygus WHERE THE HELL IS MY DAMN PHONE!?

[thomas terry @LArchaddict]

@Saygus Almost 2 weeks since last update, again, this update had better be pretty damn good

[thomas terry @LArchaddict]

@Saygus 10 days no update, this is ridiculous. what is going on, where are we, why are we not seeing updates?

[thomas terry @LArchaddict]

@ByronDoss @Saygus exactly, I would have hoped that everything was urgent after missing the first deadline

[thomas terry @LArchaddict]

@Saygus last I checked "fully functional" didn't mean "we still have to work on x,y,z"

[thomas terry @LArchaddict]

@Saygus and what about the nonexistant FCC cert?

[thomas terry @LArchaddict]

@Saygus I asked if all of the elements were done or if they still needed work. she said the phone was fully functional, ready to produce

[thomas terry @LArchaddict]

@Saygus @charlienosse @kasimpostal were those going to ship with no fcc cert?

[thomas terry @LArchaddict]

@Saygus So you are still answering questions on here, just not this one?

[thomas terry @LArchaddict]

@Saygus Then why did Mindy tell me all of the elements were complete and phone is in production?

[thomas terry @LArchaddict]

@squishy1977 @Saygus @d7nku76 you misunderstand me, it was GOOD that you did CB, Im saying ignore these supposed "issues" with CB

[thomas terry @LArchaddict]

@squishy1977 @Saygus @d7nku76 Absolutely, I would have CB too, just calrifying that the "issues" with CB are not the customers problem

[thomas terry @LArchaddict]

@Saygus @squishy1977 @d7nku76 chargebacks cause problems for company, not us consumers. Enough CBs for a company and the CC will back out.

[thomas terry @LArchaddict]

@Saygus So do you, or do you not have a fully functional phone completed?

[thomas terry @LArchaddict]

@dmak4 @Kenyon_Scheid @Saygus not really just figure that if everyone knows what they said and they dont deliver everyone will know to walk

[thomas terry @LArchaddict]

@Kenyon_Scheid @Saygus "hoping to ship them in august but we will have an update out soon about it"

[thomas terry @LArchaddict]

@Kenyon_Scheid @Saygus Quotes from phone convo "as of right now, all phone elements are complete and functioning" "Phones are in production"

[thomas terry @LArchaddict]

@Kenyon_Scheid @Saygus No problem, also, if I tell everyone there will be hell to pay if they lied :)
