A municipal garbage truck caught these little puppies to massacre them in garbage zones. So innocent and unaware of what’s happening, they were snatched up and taken to be brutally slaughtered.

@HeRulong I’m really disappointed. For a while it seemed like you alone understood how things really were. Respectfully - there are no animal abuse laws. They have no teeth. Torturers are either not arrested or are briefly detained (usually on other charges) and released.
