The first picture here is of former South African Police Union president Lt‑Col Mpho Kwinika.
Lt-Colonel Kwinika has stated publicly that he was assaulted by fellow officers & removed from his post for his involvement in exposing the SAPS R45‑million Grabber (IMSI‑catcher) deal.
Lt-Col Kwinika was left with three broken ribs, a broken hand, a damaged eardrum & impaired vision in his left eye.
Lt‑Col Kwinika accused the national police commissioner at the time, General Khehla Sitole, of classifying documents related to this R45 million Grabber, in order to hide this corruption.
General Sithole clashed with the Independent Police Investigative Directorate (IPID) over the R45 million Grabber, & IPID eventually opened a criminal case against him for allegedly obstructing a separate investigation.
IPID had written to General Sithole advising him that the company called I-view, that SAPS sought to buy the Grabber from was currently under investigation for multiple counts of corruption.
IPID further advised General Sithole that a Grabber costs from R7 million to R10 million, so the R45 million deal was actually to launder SAPS funds to buy votes at the ANC Nasrec Conference.
13 December 2017, Police Minister at the time Fikile Mbalula had instructed Sithole to use SAPS money to purchase the Grabber, & Fikile Mbalula further sent his advisor Bongani Mabindwane to meet General Sithole to discuss further details on the purchase.
On the same day, Mbalula's advisor arrived to the meeting with a Director of I-view who was handpicked by Fikile Mbalula to supply the Grabber, without following any tender procedures.
This meeting was at the Courtyard Hotel in Pretoria.
We will continue to look at the use of Grabber devices in South Africa, along with the corruption & brutal violence associated to their use... Baas Kruger

In 2025; Liso Simubali who is an illegal abusive immigrant from Zambia rented a property in Chartwell; Fourways and for months on end refused to pay rent. Upon confrontation Liso Simubali resorted to physically assaulting the landlord’s wife.

An assault case was opened against Liso Simubali at Douglasdale Police Station, this wasn't enough as Liso Simubali who is a known fraudster continued to threaten the landlord’s wife with physical harm.

This is one of the many cases Liso Simubali bribed the cops out of.
