@Project_Ishin is built in bear market, so are Revengers and the total worth crossed 971,6k $CRO (US $146,7K) 🔥 Time to burn some Revengers from team holdings to decrease supply and further raise it's worth💎 We've partnered woth @cryptocomnft , @LoadedLions_CDC
to not just deliver art, but giving gamified utility free to our members🎮
Served a 2000 supply airdrop collection, and continously striving to give back and create possiblities for our IshinFAM 🐰💙
What's next?
- Ishin is built to be cross chain since Day 1, so we are focusing on expanding to ethereum chain to grow the IP in multilayer possibilities, serving and growing our family on both chains
Here we are gearing up an 555 supply debut drop "The Elders" collection and later down a 12K supply "The IshinVerse" collection
- We are heading for new, bigger partnerships and started discussions with irl businesses to launch irl crossbrand goods
- We are heading to opening a company behind Ishin to turn the brand into a real anime IP right after getting cross chain
- Short manga and lore teaser, official merch and beta conversion of our discord P2E rpg to mobile version will follow up early 2026
Process of an IP building can be fast, but to deliver sustainable quality, with continous rewarding requires consistency and step by step build up⛩️
Legends born, where hope dies🐰⛩️🔥
I’ve decided to relocate my focus within @Project_Ishin and adjust the delivery timeline of our roadmap, and I want to explain why.
This post is about transparency. You deserve that. ⛩️🐰
After two Revengers phases that did not sell out, and the originally planned Phase 3 being terminated, we made a significant decision.
There was strong community demand to integrate Revengers into ManeCity. Although this was outside our original roadmap, we chose to honor that desire and commit to the integration.
That commitment required substantial capital allocation - despite the phases not selling out - and ultimately consumed ~85% of the project’s generated income.
In parallel, we continued building:
• A live P2E prototype inside our Discord
• 2,000 Human Form airdrops
• Custom rewards and royalty sharing
• Early merchandise production (currently dealing with a supplier dispute under investigation, ~50% of supply)
For nearly three years, the team has continuously reinvested effort, resources, and energy into delivering beyond baseline expectations.
But expansion while absorbing unsold supply and large integrations carries weight.
Now it’s time to consolidate.
My focus moving forward will be:
- Reducing unnecessary operational costs and external dependencies
- Delivering the remaining Custom Revengers to pending holders with our new artist
- Finalizing outstanding fundraiser agreements that originally helped bring Revengers to life in their current form with outstanding amount of traits
These responsibilities come first.
Leadership isn’t only about expansion. It’s about stewardship, especially when things require tightening and precision.
Some things must be said clearly, even when they’re not comfortable.
Project Ishin is not stopping.
It’s stabilizing its foundation.
I will continue working in the background on transition and expansion plans, but the visible priority is fulfillment, consolidation, and restoring structural strength, so that future growth is built on solid ground.
We move forward with discipline. ⛩️
@ShadowGodEater @Project_Ishin Some things needs to be said even when they are uncomfortable🙏 I love Cronos chain, but let's be honest building here isn't easy.
We are here to stay, and we are designed to appear everywhere🐰⛩️🔥
@mspetals1982@Project_Ishin Transparency was there always, but personal businesses i keept for myself, but it's time to give an insight on what we all did, how it performed, and what it has/takes from me🫡 Once a Revenger always a Revenger ❤️🔥
@FakeKamdoum@mcek03@Project_Ishin If you don't get it, this post is right about taking responsibility instead of rugging and saying "sorry shit happens" on a chain that suffers from a bad cycle right now
Dear Anto,
First of all, thank you. I truly appreciate your words, and even more, your patience throughout this journey.
The roadmap rearrangement was a strategic decision driven by broader market conditions and the sentiment around Cronos. However, I want to be very clear: the long-term vision has not changed. What we aim to build and deliver remains the same. The timeline shifted, not the commitment.
You’re right that the journey has extended beyond what was initially communicated. It’s been about 1.5 years rather than over two, but regardless of the exact number, the delay is my responsibility. Building within the Cronos ecosystem during a challenging cycle has impacted growth expectations & everything that was planned to this ecosystem, and I own that fully.
Regarding returns, what has been distributed so far was half of mentioned amount and represents only a portion. It was never intended to be the final outcome, and it is not the level of delivery I consider complete. The full commitment still stands.
As for the merchandise that hasn’t arrived: approximately 50% of the paid production and shipping was not fulfilled by the supplier even through it was been paid to him. This is currently under escalation, and we are preparing to resolve it through an alternative supplier to ensure holders receive what they were promised.
I understand that trust is built through actions, not words. My focus now is on closing gaps, honoring commitments properly, and restoring momentum in a sustainable way.
Thank you again for standing here and engaging directly. That matters more than you might think.
@AnthonyStaub9@Project_Ishin We don't downsize, just stabilize the pillars we are standing on before expanding. We are independent from Loaded Lions and we have our own future to create🫡
