Today the refund arrived — but £350 has been deducted as a “refund fee”.

Calling it a full refund and then charging £350 is pretty shocking. Very disappointed with this from @emirates hoping this can be looked into and resolved.

We were due to fly to New Zealand next Thursday via Dubai with Emirates for a family wedding. Given the current circumstances in the Middle East, Emirates offered a full refund,so we cancelled and quickly booked an alternative route to make sure we could still attend @emirates
