Chema Andres (21, Stuttgart) 🇪🇸
An incredibly fundamentally sound 6 who is still finding his feet at Stuttgart.
An intelligent DM who excels defensively and on the ball. He isn't the flashiest player, but incredibly effective, and does his job with ease. Profiles a bit like Rodri, especially with his tall build, comfort on ball, and defensive awareness.
Under 2000 minutes of professional first team football, still raw, but the ability is definitely there. A player that would improve a team's floor.
He looks like a cheat code out there. 😮💨🇪🇸
Look at the scanning, the posture, the composure under pressure—this is pure Rodri-esque sequence football. At 6'4", Chema Andrés completely breaks the stereotype that physical defensive midfielders can't navigate tight spaces.
No wonder Andoni Iraola is reportedly obsessed with bringing the Stuttgart star to Anfield. He anchors, he breaks lines, and he dictates the entire tempo of the game.
The Fabinho replacement Liverpool have been desperately looking for? 🎯👀
WHY Victor Munoz Could Be The PERFECT Iraola Winger…
Not every signing needs to be a superstar.
Sometimes it’s about finding players who perfectly fit the manager’s ideas.
Victor Munoz is exactly the type of winger Andoni Iraola has built successful teams around. Direct, aggressive and constantly looking to attack defenders rather than recycle possession.
At Osasuna, Munoz developed a reputation for turning successful dribbles into shots and dangerous attacking moments.
His arrival could also change the dynamics on Liverpool’s left-hand side.
Last season, much of the responsibility for providing width fell on Kerkez as Gakpo drifted inside. Now, with both Munoz and Ngumoha available, Liverpool have genuine wide threats capable of stretching teams themselves.
And together, they give Iraola very different weapons to deploy.
There are still areas to improve, particularly defensively, but if there’s one coach you’d trust to develop that side of a winger’s game, it’s Iraola.
And when you compare the €40m fee to previous Liverpool signings through the Telstar Transfer Index, it starts to look less like a gamble and more like a calculated investment.
Liverpool fans, is Munoz the next great Anfield winger? 👀🔴

How much is Yan Diomande worth?
100 million euros? Not enough, and even then it’s worth going higher to get Yan Diomande in this summer.
Seems a lot of supporters aren’t on board, but Diomande is absolutely worth going above and beyond for.
I’ll tell you why🧵
