@HulkmanZA So unless you can shoot takedowns for 5 rounds effectively you'll run out of gas or submit him early, which is where the stuffing and getting back up makes the takedown attempts null.

Made weight yesterday. Fighting at around 5pm. Hittem with the classic "Remember, don't smile" before the face off and neither of us could keep a straight face long enough for a serious photo 😂

One week till I step on the scales. Last time was 10 months ago at 67kg. Fighting at 64.9kg this time round and hopefully at 63kg next so long as there's opponents.

Next opponent confirmed. Another big step-up in experience level of opponent and I'll be fighting under Kickboxing ruleset this time round! 3 Weeks out, let's get to work.

No one tells you that parenting is just relearning the world through someone who thinks worms are friends & birds are miracles. It’s the most healing thing I’ve ever done. My daughter looked out the window this morning & said, everything is green & growing. I told her, you too. And something inside me whispered, so are you.
