If you have a friend who thinks teaching is easy, do the following when they are telling a story:

- Interrupt them every 30 seconds asking to use the bathroom or unrelated questions.
- Raise your hand and shout things out.
- Talk over them.
- Ask them to say the story again.

Class size matters because relationships matter. If classes are large, teachers can NOT:

- Get to know their students
- Know students individual needs
- Know students emotional needs
- Know students academic needs
- Give students the individual attention that they need
