@CityPowerJhb, we have logged multiple tickets following the tree falling on our electricity pole in Barkston. They keep getting closed and we are told that they are resolved however, we have no power still? Please assist us. CP3126989, CPWEB4177879 for example

@JHBWater While taking down the tree, it hit an electricity pole which has taken out the power for part of Barkston drive. All tickets were closed last night. @CityPowerJhb informed us that CityParks informed them there is no problem? There is still a problem if we can have a hand please?
