I can’t even make a claim because @Ryanair says this is still usable. How they justify it I have no idea, since there are two holes in it 🙃

So not only did my suitcase came out on the carousel for the flight from Berlin when I flew in from Barcelona, @Ryanair broke it on both sides (a new suitcase too!) And of course there isn’t a single worker at the actual baggage claiming hall to complain to 🙃

Such "great" service at @manairport too. No staff around to make a claim, which is a @Ryanair requirement if I am to claim on their website. Fun times all around 🙄
