@LNRailway and you’ve just increased fares AGAIN??? Completely shameless. Refunds should be automatic when it goes to shit like this - stop making people go through your long-winded processes that catch people out and either have trains that run efficiently or don’t make us pay.
@LNRailway a standing-room only, LATE train & your ticket inspector wouldn’t let me renew my railcard that had expired by ONE DAY despite already buying a ticket using it so @thetrainline your app is flawed. Had to buy a new ticket. GROW UP times are really hard have some decency
The fact I pay £70 to get into London from Berko with @LNRailway 3 times a week and not a single train there or back is on time realllllllly makes me want to flip some tables.
@VodafoneUK Broadband but we didn’t choose to upgrade. I’ve spoken to your customer services and they said it’s been done customer-wide. So you’re telling me every Vodafone customer currently has no internet? And no, I don’t have a mobile plan with you - nor is this encouraging me to get one
@VodafoneUK why have you sent an email to all customers about a migration saying there won’t be any disruption to service when you know that people’s internet will be down for 24 hours? Customer service useless. No solution provided other than “you’ll just have to wait it out.”
@VodafoneUK No you didn’t confirm anything. We didn’t choose to upgrade, we were told it was happening and that we didn’t need to do anything. Now I’m WFH with no internet and didn’t get any notice there would be a problem??
Feel for the driver of the 7:30 from Berko > Euston because the carriages have been reduced. @LNRailway sort it out. Train drivers being abused because of your inadequate management. I also want my ticket refunded - how can you send 4 carriages to that peak service? Ridiculous

@LNRailway It’s not good enough though is it? People are standing on a hot train with no windows and we haven’t moved in 35 minutes. You have to find a way to move the congestion along so trains can get to Euston. There’s some unwell looking people on this train
