@TCEA I’m so disappointed that there isn’t a virtual option to attend this year. It gave people like me that can’t travel there and spend a week attending a chance to have access to some amazing content.

Loving that I can attend #TCEA22 online this year! Quick question: does anybody know how we get certificates to prove we took the online sessions? @tcea
@MicrosoftEDU I’m no longer affiliated with a specific school/district. Can I get my account switched over to a personal email so I can stay up-to-date and not lose all of my progress? #MIEExpert
@MsKWoodsFMS@ModestTeacher Former teacher in TX. I can, unfortunately, confirm this. We had a student that was supposed to be in 8th brought to 6th that had been “homeschooled.” He didn’t know his letters or numbers. TX has very little oversight. Most do it the right way, but some parents have no business
@PotteryBarnKids@westelm please help! This is NuNu, by 3 year old daughter’s best friend. Her new sister is obsessed with him, too. I wanted to get her her own for her 1st birthday in a couple weeks, but I can’t find him anywhere! Are there any more hidden in a warehouse?

The Digital Learning Team will be offering three days of digital learning this summer ☀️ A Day of Google, A Day of LMS (Canvas/Seesaw), and A Day of Digital Learning on July 20-22, 2021 🙌🏼 💻 ➡️ Register here - https://t.co/8cSVvLku7O
@shirky17 Cold brew in the fridge is the best if you remember to do it in time. Don’t do sun tea, because it can breed bacteria. Check out @OhHowCivilized for all the tips and tricks. I’m obsessed with tea and have learned a lot from her.
@olivegarden please fix your app. When creating your own pasta, every topping is automatically turned on. When selecting the topping you want, you’re actually turning it off. I spent $25 trying to order spaghetti and meatballs for my toddler. It had every meat, except meatballs.
@Gplastrik @codebreakeredu My frustration is that some Ts use such a narrow definition of “advanced”, and limit it to classroom performance. Ss might demonstrate advanced skills in maker activities if given the chance, which can open them up to more opportunities.
@Gplastrik @codebreakeredu You are absolutely right. As a former teacher and GT kiddo myself, it’s been my experience that GT kids are sometimes MORE underserved because teachers have to dedicate some much time working with the kids that are struggling because of high-stakes testing.
@ktenkely@spencerideas I told my husband the same thing. They need to have a 30 minute delay so fact checkers can flash corrections on the screen when we watch.
Here are a few of my favs:
Office Ladies @officeladiespod, Minor Adventures with Topher Grace @MinorAdventures, David Tennant Does a Podcast With...@DavidTennantPod, and EdTech in Ten (obviously) 😜
I want to put together a list of podcasts to recommend to teachers for listening over the break while they relax. They don’t have to be related to education. What do you recommend?
