@eventticketsctr is a scam! Sold obstructed view 1st row tix like they were 3rd row w/o obstructed view (double $$) I called customer service and spoke to a sprvsr who hung up on me. They won’t refund #fraud

@wearejoybird wall art from Joybird arrived damaged. Been going back and forth with customer service over a year with zero resolution. Super frustrating. Not great experience when your claim gets passed around and folks don’t read the email chain. Over an hour waiting on chat!

@lootcrate worst customer service ever. Ordered a crate subscription 11/20 and still have nothing. Sent me tracking info on 4/12 for fed ex, but the box has not shipped yet. Don’t order from this co. you’ll be wasting your $ and not get your gear #pissed
