How high are Alabama Power rates?? Compared to Huntsville, they are 30% HIGHER. Compared to the other largest southern utilities:

10% HIGHER than GA
20% HIGHER than FL
30% HIGHER than MS

For the record, only six counties are randomly selected for audit in Kentucky. All six selected this year were counties that used Hart machines. No ES&S machines were audited.

I was looking at KY. Mitch McConnell outperformed Amy McGrath in every county, compared to last year’s razor thin Beshear / Bevin race. Out of 120 counties, only 23 use ES&S. Yet of the top third of counties, ordered by overperformance, a whopping 18 used ES&S.
