@DonaldClark Her questioning skills could be better. She's just asking him to guess. She needs to learn how to phrase her questions better being more specific with her guidance. Saying 'looking at the triangle, which side do you think is the hypotenuse' isn't helping him work it out.
@BBCMorningLive re your report to use peppermint oil as a calming aroma to reduce road rage: peppermint oil is toxic to dogs so please advise your audience not to use this if you have dogs in the car
@BBCSport@wimbledon please what is the point of swapping Djokovic v Sinner from BBC1 to BBC2 and Norrie v Goffin from 2 to 1 mid match? Really annoying!
@brendonclobo@rorybarnettvo@LightbulbJo Having learned shorthand, 120wpm was said to be the news reading speed and for us to aim for that as standard. I would say any faster than that, it would be hard to catch - perhaps it’s just me. That said, hubby speeds things up when I have to slow it down. Choice is key.
@LnDConnect In NHS admin role, helped colleagues do stuff on the NEW MS Word 😲. Then the internet came to med. library I looked after. Did a TTT day with regional library services to help teach Jr Docs to use this new internet thing and found my calling 😁
@HRAtkinson1 How amazing. I love to look through our old family photos. I have some old sepia one of people I have no idea who they are. I often think how the next generation will lose now most are digital -that tactile quality. I must print out some special ones to put in our box of pics.
@call_me_cynical@LightbulbJo Been fighting the same fight for years. Facilitating ppl’s learning online and asynch. is hard (very rewarding) work. Orgs need to support trainers to be able to do it well. Experience for me is orgs won’t give the time - it’s invisible. Easier to record hours in seat :(
@AndrewJacobsLnD Absolutely! It’s not over. Ppl 2 short sighted. Feb 2020 I saw what was coming in news. No one in work listened “it’s only like flu”! I quietly converted my coming up f2f. BAM lockdown and chaos and ppl unprepared. Mustn’t be complacent- it will happen again.

It's hilarious how many people link to my blog called:
"65 percent of people are visual learners” is lazy journalism
And actually use it as a link to confirm their incorrect thoughts about visual learners. Just updated the blog with the latest change!

Watching Putin's attack on Ukraine play out, I am struck by the thought that Putin learned the lesson from the wrong Afghanistan war. And he has also vastly misunderstood post-Zelenskiy Ukraine. 1/?
