The 2 items that have been refunded are the shoes that were only returned in yesterday's post the size 9 & size 5, I am still waiting on a refund of the items sent early May and received by Marks & Spencer on 8th May the trainers in sizes 5.5 & 9.5

I returned 2 further items from the order yesterday and they have already been refunded today. I have already emailed customer service twice about the missing refund but have not received a response.

Hi @Postvox my parcel was sorted in Dublin Parcel hub on 3rd January, I even received a text to say it would be delivered the next weekend day on the 3rd but it has not moves since then what is going on?
