@virginmedia One of my newborn twins is connected to an oxygen tank of which I have 6 in the house so the spark literally could have blown my house up. I can't get through to an actual person via customer support on the phone.

@virginmedia Please help! I work from home and my router sparked and died. I can't work without Internet and i have 2 newborn babies, one on oxygen so that spark could have been incredibly dangerous. An automated voice recording said a technician won't be out until Saturday.
