@Kirjakulov I made a complaint here on some issue earlier today and no one responded to me. Had no choice but to write to their official email at ( [email protected] ) which I got a fast response and my issue was resolved.

@GuyMcCormack2 Yes same thing happened to me but I was able to resolve mine after I contacted ( [email protected] ) , I advise you write to them too because they respond immediately
