🔍Our 2nd early view journal article is about the discovery of a Neolithic polissoir found by Oxford Archaeology East. This sandstone polissoir was located in a small pit, alongside pottery sherds most likely belonging to the Peterborough Ware tradition.

@MarkKnight63 I hadn't really thought of using them fresh, you've got me looking at recipes now. I'm having trouble with the children stealing them though, so tactile, I think I'ĺl be finding them in odd corners for a while to come.

@_Plot_20 Thanks, I may well try that next year. I was hoping there might be something I could sow just before the squash go mad which could tolerate the shade, and then be there to grow on when leaves of squash starting dying back - wishful thinking I think!
