I called myself a nonce in an email to my physics teacher in sixth form once for being forgetful (thinking the below), and it went around to all the teachers.
Until today with all of the Huw Edwards discourse, I gravely misunderstood the British colloquialism βnonceβ, which I thought was an insult akin to βfoolβ.
Frantically going through a mental Rolodex of the times I may have misused the term.
I've just mixed beer and baileys to make a new drink called beerleys, and all I can think of is how confusing this new concoction would be to order in Newcastle. There is no discernible difference between beerlays and baileys in Geordie, have a try.
@ladbible This is taken out of context. If I remember correctly he was angry with his team (not the decision) for deciding to change the front weapon against his wishes. This is Behemoth, absolute legend of the game, show some damn respect π
