This is what is happening in TANZANIA as the nation remains in DARKNESS.
The internet has been shut down across the entire country — there is no digital communication.

Our brothers and sisters are being killed in the STREETS. The police and Ugandan forces, which entered Tanzania a week ago, have continued killing people.

People are being tracked down in their own homes — houses are being broken into, young men are being taken away and killed.

Police and Ugandan forces have been shooting Tanzanians in the head. As of now, more than one thousand Tanzanians have died.

People cannot leave their homes to look for food — today marks the fifth day. Gunshots are being fired outside their doors.

Tanzanians who have been shot are not receiving medical care; in many hospitals, services have stopped. Nurses and doctors are unable to leave their homes due to the ongoing situation.

The bodies of Tanzanians that had been in hospitals for several days started being taken yesterday by the police using Canter trucks to unknown locations — this has been happening especially in TUNDUMA.
