@jeskeets Clippers are under investigation by the NBA for cap circumvention. Prior to the completion of the investigation, the Clippers trade the player that is the primary subject of the investigation…nothing to see here!

It’s pretty ridiculous that the NBA has:

A) let their “independent investigation” take this long

B) allowed the Clippers to even trade Kawhi given the precedent set by Stern when the Timberwolves circumvented the cap previously
