I have order no. 15092.
I scheduled a pickup at 6 pm and it was assigned from 5 pm. There pickup person says I am coming now, else u cancel the order. Then I was suggested to kindly update the address of delivery etc all sorts of jugaad.

There was no way to reach to borzo.
No customer care number, no chat possible through app.
If I mail, i may have to wait for how much time, I am not aware.
Although process completed, but this is my bad experience.
If there is an schedule option, then I was forced to get pickup
