@swanseacouncil park and ride Fabian Way a shambles for Xmas parade. No 5.15pm bus showed, families left stranded with disappointed children. No staff to help or advise. Missed seeing my son, 3, watch parade. Only positive is he was able to see it with my husband. Gutted.
