I used this bullpen to work on my spin and location before leaving. After this session I know that I will be both physically and mentally prepared to play in St. Louis. T2!
This past weekend my team participated in the Fireworks Power Pool in The Sparkler. I worked lots of movement pitches producing lots of pop flies and ground balls. I pitched 12 innings and had 3 strikeouts and had 55% weak hits. Next up is St. Louis! @turnin2colvin
This is my schedule for the Scenic City Tournament in Chattanooga, Tennessee. I'm excited to go out and play against good competition with my team! @Turnin2Colvin
This weekend I played in the D1 Super Select Tournament in Ohio. My team finished the weekend 2-3-1. I had 4 strike outs and worked a lot of ground outs. I also batted .500 on the weekend. I appreciate the opportunity to go out and play! @Turnin2Colvin
@WASHUSoftball Thanks for the opportunity to join your prospects camp. Coach Casey was great to spend time with you. I took away lots of spin work and focus and implemented it in my games this weekend.

Clips from my workout on Saturday. The first two clips are the same drill just different angles, the objective is to feel front side resistance, sequencing, and separation. The last video is a drive drill that isolates the legs and adding resistance to create power in my drive.
Saturday’s practice, the first two clips are fast and drop balls. The third clip is change ups. The last clip is a drop ball drill. The water bottle is to make sure my foot lands in the same place.
