@Donbosc02297092 @Nrs_Danie It's not about how she looks but more about practicality. The hospital is a place with patients of different kinds. Germs can get into her hair and she'll take it home. Hair can get into an open wound also. Packing your hair in the hp is about neatness not aesthetics

@Yeren_e I never watched the anime but based of the manhwa I read, it has a whole story. I hear the anime isn't over and that must be why most people don't get what's happening
