@AmericanKaw13 This highlighted entry was added prior to 2020. It’s saying it doesn’t protect sellers selling to resellers. They don’t want a chain of claims. James sells to John and John to Rachel and Rachel to 6 end users. If end user puts in a claim each person above them.. thats the issue.

@TSMerchAlerts This is not new and has been in the terms over 6 years. You can see by looking up the line item on Reddit (has been talked about extensively in shoe reseller groups)
@_KeithLavalle@dailyyspinz@GraffitiRS@HilaryDuff Still not see where this is showing that it was “first”. This was the image I saw and post I saw first about it. This will be my last reply because you don’t want to change or grow. Which is fine. We have to meet people where they choose.
@_KeithLavalle@dailyyspinz@GraffitiRS@HilaryDuff Well, good luck with your anger because after this conversation, it is apparent you have a lot of work. Also, please refresh yourself on Hilary’s 2003 “think before you speak campaign”. Also very very happy for the first fact you pointed out, I am very happy to not know you.
@_KeithLavalle@dailyyspinz@GraffitiRS@HilaryDuff We are asking for transparency on future releases to make it less misleading for people who are international or have other sites to buy from :) sorry if you misconstrued what we were asking for. I don’t believe Hilary or Graffiti have it in their values to call people names.
@_KeithLavalle@dailyyspinz@GraffitiRS@HilaryDuff Keith, playing the I don’t know you don’t know me semantics is just a terrible excuse. Please do better. It was misleading. Many of their posts say “exclusive” and don’t list that it was first only. You can be angry but please direct your anger at things that truly matter.
@jayyyceon@GraffitiRS It was quite ambiguous as it says while supplies last implying it was going to sell out and listing it on photos as “exclusive” also made people think tie was an wxclusive and not a first
@_KeithLavalle@dailyyspinz@GraffitiRS@HilaryDuff I think if anything they can take this feedback and know that it would help a fan to keep it more clear for the next time. I don’t think the op is trying to “shit on queer owned independent record shops” in a day and age where every penny counts.. it’s a reasonable frustration.
@dollieshortcake@Lb22998 id say customer feedback is important, and if it is something they can prevent in the future that is leading to cancellations it is smart for them to be asking to find out imo, instead of just outright banning people from cancelling
@korileakkuma@dollieshortcake Well she blocked me because that’s what happens when people get called out. She said they didn’t ask her a question.. when the first line of the email was a question :(..
@korileakkuma@dollieshortcake Exactly. Especially when these small record labels have to put up a lot of their own money to press these. They also have to eat the cost of cancellation fees. They also have to pay someone to respond to you and process this cancellation:(
@dollieshortcake@Lb22998 in my experience most places ask for a cancellation reason for their own internal info, like for my job i NEED to select a reason for a cancellation even if it is just “cx doesnt want anymore” so could be the same there. its def not abnormal
@dollieshortcake This is elitist. You act like he called you names and said you committed a crime :/ he just asked why you wanted to cancel. Target even sends emails asking these questions . What did you expect them to do more than your “bare minimum” you seem to have unrealistic expectations.
