Unbelievable video from Jacksboro ISD. You can see Jacksboro Elementary School Principal Michael Qualls run down the hallway as an EF-3 tornado rips through the school. He helped about 400 students, staff and parents take shelter inside the school. Everyone was safe. @CBSDFW

This from @edutopia. My husband's illness prevents him from going to "Dad" events. "Father/Daughter" dances and "Donuts w/ Dads" exclude my kids, and my neighbors with two moms, and can remind students of trauma, such as losing a parent.

Inclusive language matters.
