I saw on the net a tech on a self adjusting streets drainage system anti-floadings.

I thought with floadings & "natural disasters" we self inflict to the planet that application of technology was acceptable.Just unsure on what it costs to the planet?

We may need a law that allows bystanders to pull-off from an unarmed person (victim) an entity that has outnumbered them, while they are being arrested, or put under control in any way.

Cases of deaths by Chocking of individuals are growing too much.
