Yesterday was an exciting day for Lubbock as we broke ground on 98th Street between Upland and Alcove! We’re really excited for this improvement, which is all happening because of the passage of the 2022 Street Bond. Look out for a smoother ride Lubbock!

Recruit Class 2023-1 entered Lubbock Fire Rescue a little over a year ago. After completing their 6-week rookie school and 1-year probationary period, these men and women have earned the title of Firefighter with Lubbock Fire Rescue. Congratulations to these Firefighters!
